At Grampian Kart Club we aim to keep Motorsport accessible whilst offering an incredible event experience. With the help of partners and sponsors we have been able to offer competitors fantastic driver raffle prizes, broadcast events and custom trophies.
Trackside sponsorship
Put your company at the forefront of members, spectators and corporate visitors.
Located around the trackside fencing on the paddock side of the circuit we have a limited number of spaces for 2x1m advertising boards. These cost £xxx per xxx for the space. This doesn’t include the printed board – we have a third-party who can assist in design and print if required. We recommend these are supplied on di-bond for best durability.
Event & championship sponsorship
Our sport offers exciting and rewarding sponsorship opportunities. Supporting competitors from the age of 6 years old chase their dream.
At GKC in 2026 we will be hosting a few exciting events alongside our annual Club Championship – the Boyndie Drome Open Challenge (BDOC).
GP Plate
First up with have the GP Plate – a festival of karting run to similar rules as our BDOC racing to keep it accessible to all. This event created a lot of buzz in 2025 and we have plans to make it even better in 2026.
Scottish Super Series
This is a 4 round championship travelling the 4 Scottish kart circuits with the overall winner in each class winning the right to wear the ‘A’ plate on their kart. This event offers opportunities to get involved in a National level event that the likes of David Coulthard, Allan McNish, Paul Di Resta and Susie Wolff have all competed in.
Scottish Championship
The big one for GKC in 2026 is the Scottish Championship. This 2 day event is the most prestigous event on the Scottish Motorsport UK calendar. Former winners include David Coulthard and Allan McNish. Drivers will travel from all over Scotland to compete in this event. GKC are in advanced talks to have the event live streamed – a first for a Scottish karting event. This offers any partners exceptional exposure with our pilot of a live broadcast in October 2025 for a club round attracting an audience of over 1.1k viewers with no real promotion.
What do you do with the sponsorship?
We use sponsorship to either invest in in the facility or enhance the event for our competitors and members.
Annual trackside sponsorship is invested into many projects – including our upcoming upgrade of a driver information board on the finish line.
Event sponsorship allows us to enhance the experience for all. Previous examples include driver raffle prizes of karting goodies, pizza party, event merch and bespoke trophies. We can work with event partners to agree how sponsorship is used.
What exposure do we get?
There are lots of opportunities to getting your company noticed at our events.
If you join us as an event or championship sponsor there are a number of opportunities from space in the paddock to feather flags around the circuit and presenting trophies to the winners. We can discuss with you any opportunities you have in mind.
We are very active in promoting our events across social media including promoted posts. In the past we have included event sponsor logos on these assets.
